Vendors must provide accurate information while registering and booking a stall. Stall allocation is subject to availability and confirmation by Swathis Eventz. Once a booking is confirmed, vendors are expected to follow the event schedule, stall guidelines and instructions provided by the organizing team.
Vendors are responsible for displaying and selling their own products, maintaining their stall and ensuring that their products comply with applicable laws and event guidelines. Vendors must maintain professional conduct and must not engage in any activity that may negatively affect other vendors, visitors or the event.
Vendor information collected during registration and stall booking will be used only for legitimate event-related purposes. Swathis Eventz will not sell, misuse, rent or share vendor data with unauthorized persons or organizations. Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own business and customer information.
